Welcome Summer :)

It's been a very long winter, and we are all ready and in need of some sunshine and Vitamin D! I'm looking forward to another baseball season with my Challenger team.


We have been located in the rear of 779 Prince St for over two years now! The easiest way to get here is by vehicle at 170 Queen St. The door is off the driveway and is accessible to everyone! 


We hope you can find everything you need. Mindful Body Massage Clinic is focused on providing experience, expertise and most of all, respect. We will do everything we can to help you re-connect with your body and clear your mind.
With a variety of offerings to choose from, we sure you'll be happy working with us here under our new roof. Look around the website and if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact us.

MTANS is dedicated to excellence in protecting the public, serving its members and promoting the highest possible quality of the practice of Massage Therapy in a safe and ethical manner. We endorse the national standard for massage therapy education. Completion of a minimum 2200 hour curriculum, from a recognized school of massage therapy which includes the study of anatomy, physiology, pathology, massage and assessment techniques, treatments and clinical experience is required.

All MTANS members must carry general and professional liability insurance, agree to honour a strict code of ethics and observe our adopted Standards of Practice.
